How we collect and publish ratings
After each professional exam, we send participants a satisfaction survey. Participants rate the exam process and the professionalism of exam commissioners on a scale from 1 to 10 and may add a written response to the question “What could we improve?”.
We do not select or edit ratings based on their content. Numerical ratings are included in the aggregated results. We publish all written ratings for which participants have given consent for publication, without selecting them based on content or score. This page displays up to the 50 most recent publishable ratings. A comment is shown with the participant’s first name or anonymously, according to the participant’s choice. Comments without publication consent are not displayed publicly.
Older ratings are gradually replaced by newer ones, while aggregated results continue to reflect all recorded ratings.
Participant feedback is published without content edits. In justified cases, AOCP may publish its own statement below a specific rating. The AOCP statement is always visually separated from the participant’s original feedback.
