The Slovak Association of Securities Dealers (AOCP) has prepared model investment questionnaires — a Suitability Test and an Appropriateness Test — for use in practice in accordance with the Securities and Investment Services Act when providing investment services.
After completing and evaluating the questionnaire, the entered data and the evaluation can be printed or downloaded to the respondent’s computer.
AOCP confirms that data entered when completing the questionnaire are not stored or otherwise archived by the association.
